New tracks for Harmonix’s upcoming Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved Kinect game have been announced. Harmonix is using music from composers both modern and classic.

The tracks include:

  • “In Your Eyes” – Peter Gabriel
  • “Feel Good Inc.” – Gorillaz
  • “Forget You” – Cee Lo Green
  • “Rocket Man” – Elton John
  • “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik” – Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved was playable at PAX East this weekend, where attendees were the first to play with the newly added songs. Previously announced tracks include: “Locked Out of Heaven” by Bruno Mars, “Some Nights” by Fun, “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen, and several more.

The game is based on the Disney movie Fantasia. In Music Evolved you are chosen by Yen Sid to become his apprentice. The game will have you combining music and magic to transform the environment around you. You can read about our hands on experience with the game here

Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved is set to come out this fall on Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Our Take
Having a strong list of tracks is definitely one of the most important aspects for a music game to get right. So far, it looks like Harmonix has been able to gather a ton of good songs, which is no surprise given the studios past experience in the industry.
