Time Warner cable outage during BCS Championship Game sends irate fans onto social media

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Florida State defeated Auburn, 34-31, in the final seconds of the BCS Championship Game that is being called an instant classic.

It was a finish that thousands of football fans didn't see, however, as Time Warner reportedly had some cable-service problems during the fourth quarter in parts of the country.

The service problems didn't sit well with fans who missed the end of the game. They then turned to Twitter to voice their frustrations:
