'X Factor' star Katie Waissel Marries Her Model Boyfriend Brad Alphonso

Former X Factor contestant Katie Waissel has tied the knot with her boyfriend Brad Alphonso.

The singer had only announced her engagement in July to her handsome partner.

Leading up to their nuptials, Katie posted a series of tweets telling her fans how happy and in love she is.

"I have never smiled so much in my life! So proud, so happy, so in love, so excited!! @Brad_Alphonso," Waissel posted on Twitter.

"So excited I couldn't help it,candid friend shot#mostamazingdayofour lives yey!Hehe I'm still blushing!"

On the day of her wedding, the former X Factor contestant also kept her followers up to speed, writing: "Getting ready for the most magical day of my life#happiestgirlintheworld."

While her fiance also shared his excitement in a message on the social networking site.

"Saints game in the morning , wedding in the evening, party all night!!!! @katiewaissel24 #loveyou," Alphonso said.
