It's like The Voice vs Britain's Got Talent all over again!

It has been revealed that ITV's flagship Saturday night show The X Factor is to face-off against beloved BBC One favourite Doctor Who in a ten-minute scheduling overlap.

The clash, which will take place on Saturday, September 8, was originally slated to last 20 minutes, but ITV bosses moved their show back 10 minutes at the last moment, according to Digital Spy.

As it now stands, Doctor Who's second episode 'Dinosaurs on a Spaceship' will close at 8:20pm, whilst The X Factor will kick off its fourth audition episode at 8:10pm.

This Saturday, when Doctor Who is due to launch its new season, the two shows will avoid each-other completely.

Usually The X Factor doesn't have to worry about any big competition until Strictly Come Dancing arrives... but do you think Matt Smith's Doctor will rock the boat?
