Tom Daley 'Joining X Factor As He Launches TV Career'

Looks like Olympic medallist, diver Tom Daley could add TV star to his list of talents as the 18 year-old is set to join X Factor during the live shows.

The Plymouth born hunk, who has been sending female fans crazy with his tumbling talents and tight abs will line up alongside other members of Team GB as part of X Factor’s Olympic week according to The Sun.

A source revealed: “All the athletes are keen to be involved. But Tom is keenest by far and he makes a really good match for X Factor’s core audience of teenage girls."

If it goes well, it could be a whole new career for the cheeky teen, who already has a huge following thanks to his talents and good looks and if audience like him, Tom could become a permanent part of the X Factor team.

The source went on: “Tom is great on the telly and he’d really like to get involved in all the live shows in some way. Ideas being kicked about at the moment include making him a roving reporter. He could take the contestants out and about to film or to be their personal trainer. He’s keen to work with Dermot. He reckons he’s the best in the business.”

He is reported to be picking up around £100,000 for the X Factor role. The young stud is currently in Spain, no doubt relaxing after a pretty busy summer.

Not only did he storm to bronze medal position in the individual 10m diving competition, he picked up As and A*s in his Alevel results and also released an autobiography. Not bad for the school holidays!
