Jedward Are The Most Popular X Factor Finalists

Recently Entertainmentwise conducted a poll to find out who your favourite X Factor finalist was, but in a slight twist we wanted you to pick the best of the worst, i.e the finalist who wound you up the most!

The results are in and not surprisingly, it was those cheeky Irish popstars that swept the board with 74% of the vote! So what is it about those two that people love to hate so much?

Since their appearance on X Factor with their bizarre and unique interpretations of the Ghostbusters theme and 'Under Pressure', audiences were swept away by the pair, whose boundless energy and motor mouth bickering turned them into over night stars

Since leaving the show, Jedward have achieved considerable fame with three albums, numerous TV appearance's on shows such as Celebrity Juice, 8 Out Of 10 Cats , where the pair are regularly torn into and taken the mick out of! As well as their own kids show on CBBC, not to mention adverts and product endorsements, and of course representing Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2011 and 2012!

They've even picked up a fair few celebrity friends along the way, most notably 'American Pie' actress Tara Reid with whom Jedward are often snapped frolicking about!

Like Marmite, you either love Jedward or you hate them, although not to everyone's taste, they clearly still hold a place in the nation's heart!

Following Jedward in our poll, was Brazllian lothario Wagner with 8% of the vote. Wagner certainly brightened up the X Factor finals with his flamboyant musical performances that felt more like a Rio carnival!

In third was Katie Waissel with 5%, Katie despite initially wowing audiences and judges alike, started to grate on fans with her childish behaviour, constant crying and image changes!

Chico and Frankie Cocozza closely followed with 3% each, with Eoghan Quigg and Same Difference on 2%
