The X Factor Judges Categories Revealed!

It's that time of year again when 'The X Factor' excitement starts to build! With the new series kicking off in just a couple of months the rumours and insider leaks have started, and the latest relevation seems to confirm which categories the judges have been awarded.

The fight for the best category is always fierce, in previous years the most-feared may have been the Groups but with One Direction proving once and for all that X Factor bands can triumph, we're thinking this year the Overs will probably the least popular.

So who's landed the oldies for 2012? Louis right? No! Apparently Gary Barlow has been given the honour of mentoring the Over 25's, we can practically feel Louis' glee radiating from here!

According to The Sun, all four category/judge matches have already been decided. Louis has apparently landed the Groups, Nicole Scherzinger has got the Boys and Tulisa has been given the Girls for the second year running.

With the only Overs 'success' story in X Factor history being Steve Brookstein back on the first series in 2004, it looks like Gary will have his work cut out. We can't imagine him putting up with the likes of Wagner so it might be time to say goodbye to the traditional novelty act...stay tuned or more X Fcator 2012 updates!
