X Factor Bootcamp Finds New Home In Liverpool

Following the reports that the X Factor bootcamp will be moving from London due to the Olympics, new reports have suggested that the show's bosses have settled on the idea of holding the second stage of the competition in Liverpool.

Yesterday we reported on a source telling the Daily Star: "The Olympics has posed a huge problem for us this year. London has always been the choice venue for boot camp. But now we are having to rethink it, and fast.

"The place is completely booked out. It would be a nightmare to stage it during the Games so we'll have to move."

However, The Sun reports that the bootcamp will take place in Liverpool's Echo Arena when it starts at the end of the month.

A source revealed: "London, would have been a real nightmare with the Olympics on. We found some good acts in Liverpool so we’re heading up there this year."
