Judge Britney Spears Ready To Spend Those X Factor USA Millions

Britney Spears is reportedly being paid £15 million to take part in The X Factor USA and now reportedly eyeing up a new $7 million beachfront home.

The US singer is one of two new judges on the talent show, disney star Demi Lovato is the other. And with such a great new income, its no wonder she wants to put some of the money towards her real estate holdings.

Casually dressed and make-up free, the star was spotted with fiancé Jason Trawick, and sons Preston and Jayden, along with an entourage of bodyguards and assistants, as she house-hunted on Saturday afternoon.

A source told Radar the family spent four hours checking out an oceanfront beach house in Malibu.

'They all seemed to really love it,' said the onlooker.

The news comes just as Britney's future-in-law's waterfront house is put on the market for $2.485 million.

“NOOOOO. I love this house!” she tweeted about the Old Field home.

Fortunately there's no shortage of reasons to adore the spacious wood and glass house she looked around at the weekend.

Built in 1979, it boasts five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and an additional studio apartment. It has three-levels and is situated on the sand, featuring ocean views and decks on each floor. The top level includes a master suite with its own private sun deck.

The Malibu home is available for lease at just under $14,900 a month, or it can be purchased for $6.9 million.

The second season of X Factor USA will start in the UK in autumn.
