Zardari and Kayani visits Gayari

ISLAMABAD: Two more bodies were recovered in Gayari sector, Siachen.

On April 7, 2012, an avalanche claimed the lives of the 139 soldiers and civilians from the Northern Light Infantry posted in Gayari.

Following a rescue operation that has lasted nearly two months, six bodies have been recovered so far. Meanwhile, the identification of the bodies is now in process.
