Is there a way and the means to appeal.
What is your next proposed step? Maybe better not to discuss openly.
You May try “calling” the Wal-Mart College of Business in Fayetteville, AR (corporate offices are in Bentonville, AR (isn’t that ironic for all the folks that know MacKaye?)
Thomas Hart Benton was a landscape painter. I rather doubt that he would find anything aesthetic about a Wal-Mart store. But the issues are more than aesthetic. I will send a copy (and call) to an Emeritus Professor of Management at the U of A. (He was Graduate Dean before it became thw Walton College of Business, but there afterwards, also…)
Let me know if I can help with any negotiations, from your community/worker perspective.
